YOUR WAY TO VAGUE IN YOUR WISHES AND WHERE YOU LOCATED.
What is your version of BEST? What is your intended purposes and BUDGET. MOPAR 383 or ??? Jeremy and the boys at Extreme in New York are good. Bob Penella, TONY at BES, and the list goes on and on. |
JD Engine & Machine. Columbia Mo. (573) 445-4550. Owner/my cousin Jeff Dickey builds lots of race engines. Used to be an active member here, ACELR8, until work got busy. Has 2 Dynos, one at the shop & one at home....Joe

Thanks for the mention. The guy that does my engines has been in business for at least 40 years. He ran a pro mod car for a while and then had a family and quit traveling. They do pretty much mostly racing engines, some blown tractor pulling engines. I told him to build me something he would do for himself and now using a LSA instead. Never fired, Dart block and heads with a comp cam and crower solid rollers. Pretty stout engine and I would love to hear it run but trying something else.
