1969 396 Harmonic Balancer

Trying to determine if the 8 inch Harmonic Balancer on a 1969 L78 was date coded. Another site indicated the big block balancer wasn't date coded. Here are the numbers stamped on the inner ring, 9623-G9F. That is how they appear including the dash. Thanks for any info.

I believe that to be July of 1969.
