Whenever I see a hot color like red coupled with leather seats, I’m always skeptical. Validate those tags!

----You are correct. I'm imagining that the car was a vinyl interior car when new. Not every 66 was red when new either. Also, Not only the rad cap but the whole radiator is incorrect, along with hose clamps, which I realize are fairly trivial.......Bill S

----If the tag is correct and the car runs out OK, the price is probably about right. Maybe negotiable?

You can be sure the side pipes were added and the wheels appear to be reproduction.
