I like the caps too, had one the same but Red w/ factory Turbo 350 instead of Glide. Looks like a beauty that just needs a new owner also few miles of road grime added to any underhood fluff. 136370K177916 :beers: ~ Pete . |
Trade-in car on the original purchase was a 56 Chevy 2 door hardtop! Wonder if that was as low mileage as this one, seeing as how they allowed him almost $1100 for it? When I was in high school in the late 60's you could buy reasonably decent 55, 6, or 7 Chevys for a couple hundred bucks at most.

That is a sweet Malibu, the cloth seats are so gorgeous I can almost smell the interior aroma, AAHHH!!
I also much prefer the wheel cover look, and the rattle canned engine spoils the effect for me. Bill W |
Astro blue. Same color of my 70 Monte that Jason is restoring.
|
With the Rallys I would walk right past it. With the stock wheelcovers I would stop and take a look.
