68 El camino front springs

When I bought my El Camino, one of the front spings was broken.

Bought a pair out of a 71 Monte Carlo small block car, and installed them.

Sits right where I want it to on the right side, but left side is too high. I have checked, and the spring is fully seated (my first thought).

Now, I think it just has one bad spring; but the good one sits too high.

I want it to sit close to stock height; maybe just a little lower, but not down in the weeds. I am fine buying Moog Springs, but not sure which number to order.

Currently have a SBC 355, 4L60E, AC and PS.

Anyone put front springs on a small block 68-72 Chevelle lately?
What are you using, and how does it sit?

Hi Lynn, we were having trouble with some suspension stuff on my Nova a few weeks back and stumbled on this phone #, all things suspension, U-joints and maybe some other stuff. It's the hotline for Moog, Spicer, and I think a brake manufacturer. Told 'em what I had and they told me what part# I needed, then just called the part number to my local auto parts supplier and we were done.
