Rear looks good and should snap over the flange with the inside dam facing up towards the glass (like you have it). On the side moldings, start down at the back behind the rear quarter glass and work it on as you move forward. Helps to have the rear side panels installed and in place so you can slide the leading edge of the molding down against the top of the trim panel before you start working it forward.
If you put it on before the side panels are installed, you can always pull most of it back off and just slide the last foot or so up the channel a couple of inches to make room for the panel to drop in over the rear sheet metal, then slide your molding back down on to the flange where it just comes into contact with the top edge of your rear panels before working it back on from the back to the front along the side pillars. With the front wind lace molding already in place at the leading edge of the headliner, you can then install the front pillar moldings and everything is a wrap.
Hope this helps.
