Running and driving already...would be a lot of fun to work on and improve, although I'd be tempted to tear it down and redo it. At $65k, though, I'm not sure there is any room to do that and break even on the resto cost.

great project car if metal work is done correctly. i am no mopar guy but 65 seems crazy for a 4 barrel car? no?

Yeah 65K is crazy. 100% finished and perfect, yes that would be a good price. Looks like arouond $25 to 30K as the project it is, if it has its original born with parts.
