Shifter Linkage Bolts

The bolts going into my Muncie holding the linkage on keep backing out. These are original and no issues with wear. I torque them, tried loctite and every 4 or 5 months they back out. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Consider putting safety wire around them, like the Aviation field does?

Are they the bolts holding the arms to the shift forks or the shifter to the tail shaft?

If its the shifter tag bolts you are talking about- do they have the thin flat washer and lock washer on the bolts? Also do the tags fit tight on the trans shifter arms?
if the slots in tags are worn they try to rock forward and backwards when shifting which constantly work at trying to loosen the bolts.
