Similar styles used 30’s-70’s cars/pickups/motorcycles/tractors but rings may be unique if you can find a match…looks like a 40’s Hubcap?:hmmm:
Best to you w/ your hand, hope you’re not missing a digit also all turns out Ok.

Pete cut both the ring and pinky finger off with circular saw. There back on now and the purple cast is for my grand duaghter lol.
