I had one of those little D-70-14 redline tires a little while ago, they’re almost comically small looking.

----They look small now (probably since about the late 60's), but back in 1967 we all went "WOW"! We were used to 6.70 14's, and as big a narrow tread tire (the only thing available) we could get on the rear. Generally they were bought used from local recyclers. ,,,,,LOL!.....Bill S

Note the wheels - rallys but painted black.

This is from the November 1966 issue, in circulation as of late October 1966. That places the feature occurring July 1966.

It's clearly an Engineering car, possibly built 05B with a few others in the CRG db .
