Neat car - needs work but could be driven around as-is.

Built in Fremont.

Probably doesn't matter much at this stage but the front seat covers are swapped (trim orientation should match the rear seat).

Yes, very neat ‘65 GTO.
I’ve been following this one.

Unique car because of Fremont built and sold new in California as it has the #614 option (large black air cleaner with round snorkel and chrome lid.
Metal tube from air cleaner to LH valve cover.

I'm not one of those "patina" guys but that is one car (at least from I can see from the pictures) that I would wash / detail the car and enjoy it as-is.

Bid up to $28,700 with a bit over 15 hours to go. 81 bids so clearly a lot of interest in it.

This restored ‘65 with “LL” Teal Turquoise paint and White pinstripe with Turquoise interior offers up what this eBay car would have looked like 60 years ago.

Unfortunately ….. like so many others this restored car has the front lower cushion pleats going the wrong direction .

The Original ‘65 Black interior shown below shows how the pleats are supposed to be.

I love Teal Turquoise.

Sale price seems pretty fair to me, what do you guys think?

With some paint correction and Interior TLC it would be gorgeous! (and proper wheel/tires of course)
