Vintage traction bars

Anyone have an idea of what brand these are? They were removed from a 68 Nova..... my guess is they have been on the car since the late 60's.

Do they have bracket under them for J Bolts? also these are Mustang Cougar traction bars that some cut up a little.

No provision for J Bolts...... The Nova these came off of is a bit of a time capsule Nova that was raced back in the day....
