66 Chevelle SS 396 Front Fender emblem location
 

friend of mine replaced front fenders and does not have orig. to measure off emblem holes for the front flags, can anyone give me a couple of reference measurements for the holes or even a measure off the belt line of the fender for the top of the emblam and maybe off the corner of the fender or point me in the direction of any templates that are out there.
