1965 GTO/Lemans
 

Hi everyone,
I resently bought what I thought was a 1965 Lemans convertible. My plan is to build an all out Protouring car out of it. Anyway, when I applied for the title here in Tennessee, I gave them a copy of the bill of sell and everything. When I got the title this week, the car has gone from a Lemans to a GTO? I called the tag office and they tell me that "according to their records" this car is a GTO. I do not buy that answer. Is there a code or some other way to determine and prove it is indeed a Lemans or maybe even a Tempest https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

Probably worth sending PHS a few bucks and getting the paperwork...wouldn't you like to see it come back as a GTO !!
