Help in identifying chevy big block
 
block number is 39663512 front stamp reads TTOO2CGV casting 1 8*9, heads are 3964290 casting 1 23*9 and H 8*9, intake 3883948 F 17 6 thanks jp

I know this block well.
You have an extra 6 incorrectly in the block casting number.
Also the casting date should be the letter "I",not number 1,and the Tonawanda date is most likely T1002CGV,which would correlate with everything else.
This is a 1970 Big passenger car application 454/345HP,with a TH400.
I see this block in so many 1970 454 Chevelles lately,claiming them to be Original Numbers matching cars,that it's getting ridiculous.

I recently picked up this motor from a person i work with and was not sure if it was a 427 or 454 block, this will work good in my 55 chevy, thank you for your help jp
