In my opinion, the person who came up with this "marketing plan" seems to me to be looking for cheap publicity and nothing else. Sure the dealership is offering a fine car for sale but this method of taking bids on what a person is willing to pay over msrp is to me price gouging plain and simple. In my book this is certianly the wrong type of publicity of how I would want my name to be known.

I just wrote Bill Ford an email. This is one of the dumbest things Ford could allow its dealers to do. Anyone walking into a showroom expecting to pay around $40k is only going to leave pissed! I reflects badly on Ford, not just the dealer.

Old man Chapman (Chappy) would be rolling in his grave if he saw that ad, He died a few weeks ago and his kid is running the show now. He is also selling a "USED TIRE" are things that bad at the ranch. I guess it is Greed...
Chappy owned a horse called Smarty Jones, I'm sure you heard of him....
