Re: 1970 AMC 390 GO PACK AMX
Thank you Charley. Personally, I think the 1970 AMX was the most beautiful model that AMC ever had to offer. The lines on the car are incredible, and the hood is one of the most agressive, yet elegant designs to come out of the U.S. manufacturers.

Re: 1970 AMC 390 GO PACK AMX
I too was an AMX/Javelin SST fanatic from '74 to '87. Finally jumped ship and went the Corvette route. However I have owned 12 '70 AMX's & Javelin SST's, Big Bad colors, shadow mask cars, Mark Donohue editions, even had a couple with the rare rally pak & AC option dashes. I agree there was no model of AMC that was better looking and performing than the 1970 AMX or Javelin SST with 'Go Pak' option. |
Re: 1970 AMC 390 GO PACK AMX
Agreed. Next to my 1970 350/360 Z/28, My 1970 Donohue ran a close second. Not only in handling, but in vicious acceleration also.
