Looks to be a Magnum 500 from a '68 Dodge/Plymouth. '69 wheels had painted rims and trim rings.

Charlie,,,Im thinking more along the lines of a 1967 442. Probably late in the year if the tire is original as the early Firestones had thier stripes further from the bead than the tire pictured. What hole diameter,,,4 3/4 (GM)???? Hope this helps..........Bill S
