Re: CHARGER HEMI 4 SPEED LIKE NEW BLACK ON BLACK!
Isnt it a different sequence for pre November 1968 cars? That was when the new Federal VIN laws went into effect requiring block stamps and other VIN matching stamping on body. I think prior to that it was the sequence number used, not the VIN. Looks like 08294 on the rad support and on the fender tag.

I believe the same sequence number should match the broadcast sheet if it has one.

Re: CHARGER HEMI 4 SPEED LIKE NEW BLACK ON BLACK!
Many dislike the 66/67 body style but they're starting to look better w/ age and often the bargain in real Hemi cars..
Watch this one if it passes the 100 K mark, it's probably because it's a '67 which is much rarer than the first year street Hemi '66?. I learned to like these myself as my pal had and still has a real '66 Hemi Stick car and over the years I had almost as much fun driving sideways in this thing than I did learning to drive in Dad's old Polara!. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif ~ Pete |
