70 SS Wheel Insert paint Correct shade
Trying to find out who makes the best(correct shade)black Chevy SS Wheel insert paint (spray bomb). I know that popular rumor has that the 69's were "grayer" than the 70 which is more black. Any help appreciated. Thx

Donnie, how fast can you put 2-3 cans together.? what is the shelf life of this stuff.? Can it be applied on top of spray bomb enamel.? (already sprayed the silver portion of the SS wheels) Thanks

Re: 70 SS Wheel Insert paint Correct shade
I can get some tomorrow morning and get it in the mail.
when I got mine I asked the paint store about shelf life and they couldn't give me a definite answer as long as the cans keep pressure it should last a long time. not sure about going over enamel. |

Re: 70 SS Wheel Insert paint Correct shade
I would like to publically thank Donnie for supplying the "absolute correct" shade of black for the 70 SS wheels I am restoring, he mixed it custom in spray cans and had it to me in 2 days, goes over spray bomb enamel just fine. Recommend him highly and thanks again Donnie. SULLY
