Eye protection

How dark of a lense should I be wearing when using a plasma cutter? Thanks in advance.

Do I here a deuce resto beginning? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif I think you'd be good with a medium tint. P cutters don't burn like a welder if you hold it right. The cutting cone blows through to the other side so you don't have much flash. Honestly, I don't use much more than my old light tint welding safty glasses from Case. But I'm old, and can't see anyway. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif I'm gonna want pics of the progress, and don't hesitate to call. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Re: Eye protection

I use a shade 5 for the plasma and a shade 10 for welding.
You only have 2 so make sure you protect them!

Re: Eye protection

Thank you...I was using a shade 10 for the plasma and I could not see what I was cutting!
