These are the guys that show up outside my house every summer, with stuff like a Bugatti Veyron and a Bentley Flying Spur chase car in matching metallic black and orange paint.

that is the only country where I have seen cars totally chromed!!!! I mean TOTALLY chromed Mercedes and lamborghinis!!!! Im sure there are others there too!!! It must be nice to have so much funny money!!!!
