Ray Allen Truppi-Kling 1970 Chevelle convertible
Hey Guys,
This is my first post here, so I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, so I hope it's in the right place. I've also posted this over on the Team Chevelle forums. In addition to being a Chevelle enthusiast (I helped my father-in-law rebuild a 70 and 71) I'm also an avid 1/18-scale diecast collector which leads me to the purpose of my post. For several years, a large group of diecast collectors have been trying to get Ray Allen's Briggs Chevrolet/Truppi-Kling 1970 Chevelle LS6 convertible made in 1/18-scale, and with the help of a large online dealer, Supercar Collectibles, it might finally happen. But before a decision can be made one way or another, we need to find out just how many people would be interested in a diecast model of this drag car. If this is something you'd be interested in, please click on the banner or URL below for more information. Thanks for looking! A friend of mine owned that car several years ago , he dug it out of a garage and had it for years . He sold it @ 4 years ago running , the paint was going but looked better back then. A neat peice of racing a timecapsule!!!
