Re: New trim tags on Ebay

I totally AGREE it is fraud, plain and simple. The trouble is the guy peddling these tags is the one that WILL NOT get into trouble. It is the seller of a car WITH the FAKE tag on it that will be in...

Re: 69 Chevelle SS...decisions

I would keep it very close to the way it looked as delivered. There are not that many cars left that retain their as delivered look and equipment. Tires and wheels are minor. Paint and equipment is...

Re: New trim tags on Ebay

Blank trim tags and Protect-o-Plates are perfectly legal. Even the stamping of them is legal. The removal of the trim tag on the car and replacing it is perfectly legal.

This is very unfortunate...

Re: Where is ZL-1 #66?

The car section where the parts were listed is a flat fee catagory. You pay a $40.00 insertion fee - regardless of reserve and a $40.00 final value fee regardeless of the final price if the vehicle...

Re: on eBay...a factory 283 '67 Camaro!

Also has power windows and a remote mirror. You don't see many Camaros with power windows or the remote mirror. Or at least I don't.... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Re: Try to ID what year Christmas this is...

My best Hot Wheel (I'm 46) was a red Heavy Chevy. That was the best for actually being able to do the loop. The other good one was a teal green T-Bird. My purple 57 Chevy convertible was simply...

Re: Where is ZL-1 #66?

What Nick has appears to be a title document. Voodoo-Bill has a registration. I agree with Charley that the document that voodoo provided is an official state form. Plus not many would post a...

Re: 1970 Olds 442 W-30, 18k miles, NO RESERVE

Sometimes auctioning a car on e-Bay is difficult at best. Especially when you have a high dollar car like yours.

I looked up e-Bay user Travelgirl and see that they are no longer registered and...

Re: WW2 nose art *caution for younger viewers*

That B-25 of your grandfather is I think a model B-25H. They had the bombadier compartment blanked out and had 8-50 cals mounted in the nose. Plus 2-50 cals on pods on each side of the aircraft....

Re: Where is ZL-1 #66?

So how did Voodoo-Bill get a hold of the drivetrain? If this is in fact the real drivetrain.

Second, how was he able to register the car? Could it have been done through one of those title...

Re: Where is ZL-1 #66?
