Re: Buick GSX Video!
That was a non Stage I car. No chrome valve covers is the dead give away. All GS cars for the U.S. were 10 bolt rear ends. Some Canadian cars came with the 12 bolt.

Re: L72 Big Cars
I have never heard of the "X" theory. However, I have heard that a "Q" on the trim tag indicated a 427/425 4 speed. My understanding is that the 1 through 5 option lists on the trim tag were to...

Re: Buick GSX
I'm probably a little biased, but I believe Buicks as a whole are grossly undervalued. The GSX cars should be compared favorably with LS6 and Hemi cars. There are a few resources that will help...

Re: Air conditioning or not
I think there is a certain stigma attached to A/C cars. Since solid lifter Chevies or 440 six pack/Hemi cars couldn't be optioned with air there has been a perception that A/C and high performance...

1970 GSX history
I am hoping someone on this board can help me get some additional history on our 1970 Stage I GSX. We have owned it since 1999. I have spoken to the two previous owners, but they only go back to...

Re: Lets see some pictures
Both of those clones are absolutely beautiful. There's something about Hugger Orange that makes a car look scary fast.

Re: Earnhardt Intimidator in FL
Craig,
Like Matt mentioned, I'd like to have an extra set to put in the car and another set to put away. I've never put the original Intimidator set in the car because I know I'll never get...

Re: Earnhardt Intimidator in FL
Craig,
I love the Phase II package. The car exudes raw power. There are very few production cars that can stay with it on the street. I'm glad we added the package to the car. Now, if I could only...

Re: Earnhardt Intimidator in FL
All of the GMMG cars will be considered a wise investment as time goes by. Rarity unto itself does not make something desirable. Quality and historical significance do. Matt Murphy has made an...
