OK, after 2 failed attempts to get the intake to seal, I finally figured out the oil separator was binding against the bottom of the intake, causing the rear ports to suck oil.

Runs sweet now. ...

It's alive! I used the 10 10 10 method for break in. Nothing broke, no leaks, steady oil pressure at 65psi. I still need to tune it. This is the first time since '83 this car had a running engine....
