It does have the black deluxe interior with a fold down back seat.
I know it has a power drivers seat...not sure about the passenger. I've actually never heard of a power passenger bucket available...

Sounds like it could be the same car.
It has the power antenna, power trunk release, power seat and fold down rear seat on the deluxe interior. The interior was changed from blue to black.

The AC, power windows, cruise control and rear defog are all Pontiac parts - owner that did this work had a Pontiac dealership and these were added to look as if the car...

block is definitely the 351 casting (not sure what the guts are)
069 intake
drivers side head is casting 3964291 w/ date of E 23 70
pass side head is casting...

does have square port heads, but I didnt pull the valve cover to check the date.
