No I did not but I can tell you I purchased a oil prime tool it was a problem the oil channel is too big it lost oil pressure I made one out of a old distributor now I had to cover the lifters oil...

I am trying to prime my 427 solid lifters only getting oil from a few in the back do I have to rotate 90 degrees at a time as I have read to get the rest to start oiling?

I have a 1969 427 with a th400 it had a 12" 3 lug converter I want to change t a 6 lug 14" flexplate can I do this and if so what about the starter? Thank You
