SEM does have great products for vinyl...

SEM does have great products for vinyl refinishing. Go through the proper steps for adhesion. Before using Super White #15103 use SEM Soap #39362 and Vinyl Prep #38344.

First, the hood has a scoop from the year of 1967. Second, the fiberglass on the underside of the hood is not press-molded. All factory hoods were press molded.
