My car (LA built) is also heavily undercoated. I don't think it was Ziebart either. Perhaps they sprayed them all that were heading to the midwest?

Post factory applied undercoating for sure. A lot of cars had it done.
The owner of my car remembered the guy (by name) at the dealership who applied the undercoating. He praised him for what a great and thorough job. I plan on removing it, but 9 years have past and its still on the car...argh
