Those appear to be mid-to-late 1960s versions with straight/peaked spokes. The small 'step' where the cast area meets the machined outer rim is how to tell older ones apart from newer ones, such as the modern D-spoke. 14-inchers aren't exactly in demand (everyone wants 15s) but these days a set that nice (no curb rash) could get 250-500, but that's just a guess. Put the vintage style center caps on there and they'd look great. See:
