Another little Nagging issue got resolved last week.......After the lower control arm bushing fiasco......and after having the front end aligned 4 times....even though the car rode and handled perfectly, when I would be turning to the right.......the tires would squeel ever slightly.....in one direction only.....humm!!......So....I finally decided to call in the troops as I am finding out that I'm not as smart as I think I am.......So.....I called RideTech and talked to Mike....(one of their Tech guy's)......I explained what was going on and he told me that something is wrong as there should not be any tire squeel.......As usual.....I told him everything was set up and installed as per their instructions.........He said that's fine, and not that he didn't trust me , ......But!!!.......He asked me to take some pictures and send them to him......So.....I put the car up on the lift and started taking pictures.....As soon as I really looked at what was going on I found the problem right away......what an Idiot!!.......When I installed the front sway bar the car didn't have any weight on the car......as the weight was added to the car during assembly, what I didn't notice was as the weight was added obviously the frame lowered to the ground and as a result, the sway bar moved up at the link end and the Arc caused the link to now hit the lower control arm on the passenger side ....so as the car was turning and the sway bar did it job, it was pushing the lower control and causing this issue........I remounted the sway bar forward about a 1/2" and the links are now straight up and down with no interference........the car now is quiet when turning.........LOL....Getting Smarter everyday.........(the Instructions said to do it that way)
