I ran both 136370R217042 and 136670R217042 through the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System and neither come back as having a record. This doesn't mean that the car is gone, it simply means that it hasn't had any DMV activity for the last several years. It could be that it is still out there just waiting to be found ....
