Looks like the owner may have a thing for yellow cars, based on the yellow Corvette I see in the background. Not a common color on 78 Trans Am's, but also not very desirable.

No t-tops, no WS6, base engine, seems like a standard Trans Am. In 1978, the Olds 403 was only used in California and other high altitude areas (the 403 became standard for 1979), so this is most likely a standard Pontiac 400. Notice the missing shaker callouts? In 1978 only, the standard Trans Am Pontiac 400 did not use callouts, while the Olds 403 used "6.6 liter", and the much quicker (and more desirable) W72 option, which was the high performance Pontiac 400, had shaker callouts that read "T/A 6.6".
