You can use some old TRW 327 pistons with 5.850 rods. They are .025 taller than the Z pistons would be on 5.7 rods, which makes for a "zero" deck without decking, if you can find a block that is square. You then choose a head gasket the thickness of your desired quench. The domes are also just a bit shorter, so compression works out to about 10.8:1.
It MAY be that they are actaully .005 out of the hole, whic is really no problem. You just add .005 to your head gasket thickness.
