Re: Wanted License Plate Frames from Brown & Hoey AZ
The frame has been sold to a member in AZ. for $95. Thanks SYC I sent you $25 from the proceeds.....for use of the site. If others need dealership items since running their vins through NCRS just place a wanted ad or PM me as I have too many to upload on the site, Mostly GM but do have some Fords and Chrysler too. I have sold several to members with not so much as 1 ad. Not one person dissatisfied. Been on ebay since 1999 without one bad feedback. It was a hobby that I had from 25 plus years ago collecting dealership items in beautiful rust free AZ. in 100 plus degree weather on Sat. and Sun. I have always been more than fair and below market values in most instances. Some people (hint) think you should just give it away and in this instance I did not. If the frame was not in the excellent condition its in and had pits and cracks in it and a person (hint) decides they did not want it after sending them a picture of it would I come on here a pitch a fit because someone told me they would pay me $40 for it. Not!!! This is the scenario. I made no promises on the sale, There was no deal etched in stone. The perspective buyer was sent a picture and was given a choice whether they wanted it, and yes the price was revised accordingly due to the condition it was in. I do not have a photographic memory of the condition of everything I have collected over the years until it is pulled from storage. I have a full time job this is not my business. I would rather see these emblems and frames end up on the members cars on this site before selling them on ebay. Maybe I can cry to the guy on ebay when I paid $340 for my frames because he did not let them go for 1/3rd what I paid. One more thing pace the correct spelling is Hoeye and you might get a few more bites instead of stirring up a hornets nest.
