Callaways were option B2k and were available through dealerships, the cars were shipped to Callaway for the conversions which included many modifications. The option cost was 20k in 1987 and by 1990 was at 25k.
The 89's newer cars had 6 speeds vs the 4+3 Doug Nash of the earlier cars.
The pricing got down to 25,000k or so about 10 years ago, Since that time I haven't kept up with them, however I would have expected them to start heading back up.
1987 - 184 units
1988 - 124 units
1989 - 69 units
