I would like to offer my services up to Tom, Doug, and Jamie.

My brother and I have a competition BBQ team that we started last year. We have competed in a few competitions and had several catering gigs. This would include a party at Mr. Perry's house in July for the Good guys show in Columbus. I believe everyone enjoyed the food.

We would like to offer to provide a BBQ dinner prepared competition style the night of the meet n greet for next year’s SCR. I'm sure this would have to be approved by the hotel but we are interested if it's a possibility. We finished 15th in chicken out of 38 teams back in the Spring. As they say in the south.. "it's good enough to make you smack your mama!"

If this sounds like something that you would like to entertain, I can start working on a menu.
