It's being auctioned off in person in Denver starting at noon central time tomorrow..
The opening bid they will start it at is whatever the online amount is when that will close at 11:59AM tomorrow.
If nobody bids anything over that final online amount,then the online High bidder is the winner.
If somebody offers more then the online amount in Denver tomorrow,then they win.
At least that's how I'm reading it.
