In my experiences with running and using chassis dynos the drivetrain loss from a manual which pretty typical of 15% and an auto is %20 so the 6% (give or take) difference between the 450 to 425hp flywheel hp listing in the ad would make one assume it was a solid lifter L72 type of engine with a TH400.. I would think that Yenko would toss one of the auto cars on the dyno just to see what the drivetrain loss would have been.. Remember this was the very early stages of auto trans being able to handle the power and shift almost as fast as someone in a manual and it be consistent on the shifts..

As for the sway bar does any know why the change to the larger bar was done.?. Most of these cars were built for straight line not the SCCA.?.
