That is why race cars have lights with a pressure or temperature switch that comes on when pressure drops or temperature exceeds the range and those switches are tied to a shut off switch to save the engine (sometimes).
Let's see old U.S. of A. made gauges vs. new, who knows where made with cheap parts...I'll put my money in old tested and true U.S. stuff any day.
