The Bullitt Mustang hands down. It was part of THE greatest car chase ever put on film with the actor known as "The King of Cool." Jim Morrison and the Doors popularity were very short lived. There was nothing special about his Shelby other than he tired making a movie with it and failed. It has never been released BTW. It's title is
HWY: An American Pastoral
The last time anyone saw his Shelby was right after he totaled it. He didn't buy it BTW. It was given to him by his record producer as a gift for the success of LIGHT MY FIRE.
