i just installed headers and wondering how much I should jump to compensate for the new headers and Spintechs mufflers - essentially an almost no back pressure exhaust?

I run 74-78 jetting on my stock 302 intake. Runs great. Stagger jetting works well if you are looking for some drag strip competition and looking for a bit of an edge over your competitor. Just my two cents.
