Here's a photo of an original flat decklid with the spoiler added, You can see the old holes where the emblem was from the factory. They are plugged in this picture and the emblem would need to be re-drilled 3.27" forward once the spoiler is added. Your holes on a flat decklid should be right where these filled in holes are.
