New Years Eve Menu...
I know there are a few 'foodies' on the SYC...just wondering what you have in store for the evening menu ??
We are having the following;
-caviar and champagne [don't get the wrong idea, it is only once a year ]
-potato leek soup
-filet mignon with shrimp scampi...green veggies
-fresh popovers
-nice red from Karen's cellar
-banana creme brulee for dessert
