Depending on the day, there are three to six mechanics on site. Basically if a problem is identified, a mechanic will diagnose it and someone will report it to the consignor. A repair quote will also be given. Consignor can approve a repair or repair it themselves. Depending on how bad it is, the vehicle may be removed from the docket.

Not all drivers report issues. Not everyone is a team player.
