Here ya go. I was rather surprised to see there is only 1 on each side.



They are 1" from the center section.





Nothing special, just a flat stock 1/2" wide and about 1.75 long before shaping. Probably about 10-12 gauge steel. Shape to fit the line, punch a hole and plug weld on.





Detail shaping of the tube end at the cylinder.





Left side is identical.





At the hose bracket for reference.
