Yes, I believe Bill King got involved in the very early 70s after Foltz, building for Owens Corning, Chaparral etc. I had a Bill King built LS7 with aluminum heads in my '70 Vette (original owner had Bill King Racing Engines build it)...50 year old build that still runs like a clock.
