Restored and rebuilt Holley carb Part # 3969894 List # 4556 Dated 953 (1969 May 3rd week) for early production SS 396 L78 375 HP with NA9 mandatory California emmisions. (Cars ordered for a California address). Automatic Turbo 400 Transmission application only. Primary block 6189 and Secondary block 6192.
NOTE >>> they also used this for SS 454 LS6 Auto NA9 but IMO too early of a date code for this application. Not sure but I think this may also be correct for Nova SS 396 with the same above specifications.
