If I were selling a car with an original POP, I would not cover up the name or the address.
One of the most common tactics they use on fake POPs is a non existent address. Also very common to use a name of someone who recently died.

I am NOT saying this is a fake POP. Just don't know of a valid reason why they are covering up name and address.
